Shipping policy

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our studio in Istanbul, Turkey, using DHL for international shipments.

Made to Order

Our made-to-order pieces are individually produced after your order has been confirmed. Production usually takes approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the style, fabric availability and handcrafted details. Any significant changes to the estimated production time will be communicated to you.

Ready to Wear

Ready-to-wear pieces are generally prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

International Shipping

We ship internationally with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT and local handling fees. Unless explicitly included in your order at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
