At Barbara Aydın, many of our pieces are made to order in our Istanbul studio, often with individually selected fabrics, colours and handcrafted details.

Made to Order & Customised Pieces

Pieces made to your individual specifications or personalised especially for you are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

We encourage you to contact us before ordering if you need assistance with sizing, fabrics or any special details.

Ready to Wear

Returns of eligible ready-to-wear pieces are accepted in accordance with applicable consumer rights. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, except where a product is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

All returns must be discussed with us before shipping. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
